Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Category Manager to lead category development and manage retailer partnerships across national accounts.

The role requires strong analytics, strategic thinking, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Shopper Insights, and eCommerce to drive category growth. The successful candidate will own plans, leverage syndicated data, and present actionable recommendations to retailers, translating insights into measurable milestones and optimized in-store

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, accounting, data analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in consumer goods, retail, or syndicated data focused on category management and analytics.
• Experience using syndicated data and panel data to drive sales and share growth.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration with retail customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate retailer relationships to position RBNA as a partner for category management.
• Oversee development and execution of assortment, merchandising, and pricing programs.
• Leverage multiple data sources to create analytics and selling stories identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Shopper Insights, and eCommerce.
• Present category credentials to key retailers and translate insights into action.
• Drive category growth opportunities through dialogue with retailers.
