Job summary

Red Bull North America is hiring a Category Manager to partner with the Director of Category Development to drive category growth across national small format customers. You will synthesize data from Nielsen, Circana, and POS sources to identify opportunities and recommendations that translate into actions with retailers.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in assortment planning, pricing strategy, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• 3-5+ years in consumer goods, retail, or syndicated data with category focus.
• Experience using syndicated data and POS data to drive sales growth.
• Ability to distill complex data into simple stories.
• Strong partnerships with retail customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop retailer relationships to position Red Bull as the partner of choice in category management.
• Oversee online and offline assortment, merchandising, new product launches, seasonal programs, and pricing/promotions.
• Leverage syndicated data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps; translate insights into retail actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Insights, Brand, and eCommerce, to drive performance management and reporting cadences.
• Guide execution of category management resources and develop strategic plans for customer teams.
• Facilitate customer business planning and align with overall strategic goals.
• Present category credentials to retailers in a compelling manner.
• Deliver regular category reviews and insights for incremental volume.
