Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Category Management, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Shopper Insights, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with syndicated data, reporting tools, dashboards, and business analytics.
• Ability to translate insights into compelling business recommendations and selling stories.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and prepare data from syndicated, customer, and internal sources to support recurring reporting and category reviews.
• Identify category trends, growth opportunities, and marketplace insights to support objectives.
• Develop charts, dashboards, and business summaries that translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Shopper Insights, and Marketing to support strategic business objectives.
• Support development of category growth stories and fact-based selling recommendations.
