The Hershey Company seeks a Category Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and support customer strategy and category growth initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Category Management, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth for Hershey and its customers.

You will build expertise in category management, shopper insights, and commercial strategy while contributing to analyses, reporting, and strategic recommendations that inform planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 1-3 years in Category Management, Consumer Insights, Analytics, or related function.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and prepare data from various sources for recurring reporting and analyses.
• Develop charts, dashboards, and presentations translating data into insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Shopper Insights, and Marketing to drive growth.
• Support category growth stories and fact-based selling recommendations.
