Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Category Analyst in Bentonville to support sales and category analytics across key accounts and provide actionable insights to drive growth. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop strategies around assortment, marketing, and customer presentations, leveraging a strong narrative with data.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in category management or sales analytics within the CPG sector and strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in category management, sales analytics, insights, or related field within the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with Walmart Luminate and/or Sam’s Club MADRID desired.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics for Kinder’s key customer partner, Sam’s Club. Drive growth across categories by uncovering opportunities for customer and Kinder’s.
• Track and report sales performance of key initiatives; analyze assortment strategy and promotional planning.
• Uncover insights, trends, shopper behaviors and competitive activity to guide tactics and strategy.
• Build comprehensive presentations with strong data visualization to communicate analyses to stakeholders.
