Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Sales Analytics, Category Management, or Shopper Insights
• Experience using syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen), POS, Panel, and Retailer Shopper data
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence decisions
• Ability to develop and execute shopper and channel reporting analyses for Retail strategies
• Proactive think-outside-the-box approach to category leadership
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Advance space management automation capabilities (Shelf IQ) for planogram activation
• Develop automated category performance scorecards, dashboards, and BI tools
• Support flawless modular execution for Frozen Snacks and Entertaining category advisorship
• Gather and analyze category, consumer, and market data from multiple sources (e.g., Luminate, IRI, Retail Link)
• Build omni-channel category strategies leveraging internal and retailer sources
• Develop actionable insights and strategic category initiatives to drive growth with Walmart
• Foster relationships with Walmart buyers, planners, development, and replenishment teams
