Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Category Governance Solutions & GTM Manager in Seattle to lead governance initiatives, solution design, and policy updates. You will partner with Governance, Experience, Product and Category teams to deliver milestones and measurable outcomes.

This role owns GTM strategy, rollout readiness, seller/creator enablement, and adoption, translating governance improvements into trusted user experiences while balancing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in product strategy, operations, governance, or consulting.
• Experience in governance, trust and safety, moderation, or policy enforcement.
• Ability to translate data and insights into prioritized actions.
• Leads complex cross-functional initiatives and aligns stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify trust, compliance, and UX challenges by industry and segment.
• Define governance strategies, baselines, metrics, guardrails, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from design to policy updates and releases.
• Own GTM strategy, rollout plans, seller/creator enablement, and adoption.
