Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Category Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and P&L for the US category. You will partner with category managers and cross-functional teams to drive growth with strong financial discipline.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/revenue analytics, advanced modeling, and Power BI expertise. Hybrid collaboration across finance, operations, and procurement is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• MBA is a bonus but not required.
• 5+ years' progressive experience in finance, revenue management, analytics, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the category's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models across brand, region, and sub-category.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and gross profit analysis for category performance.
• Evaluate vendor rebates and trade spend for financial impact.
• Develop dashboards and automation to move reporting from Excel to visuals.
• Partner with category managers during planning cycles with financial insight.
• Provide clear recommendations before decisions are made.
• Collaborate with operations finance, accounting, and FP&A.
