Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Category Finance Manager to lead the category’s budgeting, forecasting, and P&L, partnering with category managers to drive growth. You will build financial models, evaluate pricing and promotions, and deliver dashboards and reporting to senior leadership.

This role requires strong commercial and financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Advanced modeling across pricing, promotions, mix and margin.
• Strong data visualization for executive dashboards.
• Experience integrating financial, POS and loyalty data.

Responsibilities

• Own category financials and full P&L, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial and scenario models for visibility across brand/region.
• Lead price/volume/mix analysis and gross profit analysis.
• Evaluate pricing and promotions impact on category performance and loyalty.
• Model rebates, allowances and trade spend for commercial benefit.
• Create business reviews and cases showing category trends and growth levers.
• Partner with category managers on planning cycles and CAPEX decisions.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting to replace Excel spreadsheets.
