Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Category Manager, Commissary to lead the merchandising strategy for refrigerated packaged foods across 1,500 stores. You will own P&L performance, pricing, promotions, and supplier negotiations to drive growth, margin, and guest satisfaction.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver innovative products and strong in-store execution, while mentoring teams and aligning with strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA a plus; experience in category management, merchandising and foodservice preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Set category strategy for cold packaged foods across geographies and manage long-term plans.
• Be the subject matter expert on refrigerated grab-and-go foods and industry trends.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing guest value with profitability and forecast financials.
• Support field execution with standards, planograms, and promo execution across stores.
• Continuously improve category performance using KPI reviews, data, and collaboration with partners.
