Job summary

Energizer is seeking an Assistant Manager, Category Development to generate actionable insights for Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Club channel customers. You’ll drive category and shopper analytics, turning data into growth strategies while supporting Scintilla deployment across the organization.

Responsibilities include end-to-end analytics, training sales teams, and delivering high-quality category reviews. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential; a BA/BS in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
• BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Scintilla execution end-to-end with analytics, insights generation and reporting.
• Act as Scintilla subject matter expert, enabling sales teams through training and ongoing support.
• Develop and deliver high-quality insights, analyses, and category reviews.
• Design, maintain and optimize reporting to measure impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Data & Analytics, PRM, Finance and Supply Chain.
