Job summary

RHONDOS Inc is seeking a Director of Marketing to own the revenue engine and category leadership. You will define RHONDOS's voice, build campaigns that generate pipeline, and drive category awareness across SAP security and observability.

You will partner with ecosystem players, accelerate close rates, and manage a growing, high-impact marketing function from Camas/Washougal, WA. This role requires leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in enterprise or technical markets.
• Experience building and running demand generation programs.
• Partner or channel marketing experience.
• Strong written communication — clear, compelling voice.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
• Local to the Camas/Vancouver/Portland metro area.

Responsibilities

• Define and own RHONDOS's voice, narrative, and market position across all channels.
• Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
• Drive category-level awareness in the SAP security and observability space.
• Build co-marketing programs with Splunk, Cisco, Dynatrace, and Elastic.
• Own inbound and outbound demand generation programs end-to-end and optimize the full funnel.
• Develop content and thought leadership that establishes RHONDOS as an authority in SAP security.
• Manage the marketing budget with full accountability for spend and ROI and build a scalable team.
