Are you looking for an opportunity to drive strategic procurement solutions within a company? CACI’s Category Management Team is seeking a strategic-focused procurement professional to execute, implement, and manage CACI’s Category and Commodity Enterprise Agreements.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Category & Commodity Manager to join CACI’s team. The successful candidate will develop and implement category and commodity strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize procurement processes for assigned categories and commodities.
This person will be a highly experienced strategic procurement professional, capable of analyzing industry and consumer trends, developing strategies for product categories, managing product pricing, and fostering supplier relationships.
As a member of Category & Commodity Management, you will collaborate with leadership and senior stakeholders to lead the execution, implementation, and management of CACI’s Enterprise-Wide Agreements. Your efforts will drive cost savings and risk reduction by eliminating operational inefficiencies, negotiating vendor-specific contracts, and acting as a trusted advisor to enable business success.
You will be a passionate advocate for categories and commodities within CACI, possessing strong negotiation and analytical skills, along with proven government contract knowledge and experience. The ability to prioritize and multitask effectively is essential, as are project management skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and must hold a warrant in accordance with the CACI Procurement Policy and signature authority database.
