The Opportunity

Are you looking for an opportunity to drive strategic procurement solutions within a company? CACI’s Category Management Team seeks a strategic procurement professional to execute, implement, and manage enterprise agreements related to categories and commodities.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize procurement processes. You should be experienced in analyzing industry trends, managing product pricing, and fostering supplier relationships. You will partner with leadership and stakeholders to lead the execution of enterprise-wide agreements, drive cost savings, and reduce risks.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute category strategies to maximize value and minimize risk.
  2. Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  4. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  6. Manage NDAs, Reseller Agreements, and Partner Agreements.
  7. Oversee RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring all terms are agreed upon.
  8. Lead vendor selection processes.
  9. Analyze software licensing models and service levels.
  10. Develop KPIs for vendors and negotiate long-term strategic contracts.
  11. Monitor market conditions, technology roadmaps, and supply/demand challenges.
  12. Manage vendor relationships and performance issues.
  13. Work collaboratively with various internal teams and leadership.
  14. Position is located onsite in OKC, Oklahoma.
Qualifications

Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in procurement, including category management, sourcing, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in driving savings and understanding market conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and spend analysis tools.
  • Experience with RFPs and business outsourcing.
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise Software and SaaS agreements (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.).

Salary Range

$42,400 - $86,900, depending on factors like location, experience, and skills. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement, education, and time off.
