Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years in chemical production.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Union environment exposure and PSM/ISO knowledge preferred.
• SAP and Six Sigma experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead Catalyst Plant operations across PMC, CPC, and SCM at Calvert City site.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective, and compliant plant operations.
• Develop and manage plant budget to meet financial targets.
• Plan and manage workforce resources for staffing and capability needs.
• Communicate production plans and ensure material, resource, and QC support.
