Qualifications

• PSM (OSHA Process Safety) and ISO 9001/14001/50001 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead catalyst plant operations for PMC, CPC, and SCM at the Calvert City site.
• Develop and manage the plant budget and control costs to meet targets.
• Plan and manage workforce resources to ensure adequate staffing and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support safety reviews and continuous improvement.
