Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives. You will proactively upsell current customer accounts with catalog products, including custom logo shirts, work boots, outerwear, hats and gloves.

You will work with the service department to market the Cintas catalog and improve how sales are promoted, ordered, billed and delivered. Ideal candidates have sales management experience, an industrial sales background, and at least 1 year of outside sales

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience preferred.
• Sales management experience is a plus.
• Industrial sales background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to proactively upsell current customer accounts with catalog products.
• Promote and improve catalog sales processes, including ordering, billing and delivery.
• Work with service department on marketing the Cintas catalog and products to customers.

Skills
