Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Catalog Sales Manager to lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives. You will proactively upsell current customer accounts with products from the Cintas catalog, including logo shirts, outerwear, boots, hats and gloves.

You will focus on exceeding sales and projections while improving ordering, billing and delivery and collaborating with the service department on marketing the catalog.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in sales management preferred.
• Outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to proactively upsell current customer accounts with catalog products.
• Improve promotion, ordering, billing and delivery processes for catalog sales.
• Collaborate with the service department on marketing the catalog and its products.
