Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and High School Diploma/GED are required.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Catalog Sales Representatives to up-sell current customer accounts from the catalog.
• Exceed catalog sales and projections; improve promotion, ordering, billing and delivery of catalog products.
• Collaborate with service department on marketing the catalog and its products.
