Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling high-SKU digital catalogs
• Familiarity with automotive data standards ACES/PIES
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with workflow tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or Monday.com
• Strong ownership and collaboration in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Own Data Excellence: Maintain, enrich, and validate product metadata, attributes, and taxonomy so customers can find exact parts.
• Optimize the Catalog Lifecycle: Manage SKU creation, vendor updates, supersessions, discontinued items, and lead-time tracking.
• Drive Operational Problem-Solving: Resolve inbound tickets and troubleshoot data anomalies with Make/Model, Vendor, and Supply Chain teams.
• Elevate Customer Experience: Improve product searchability and image acquisition workflows.
• Continuously Improve Workflows: Use data and KPIs to identify patterns and elevate data quality standards.
