Job summary

CTR America, the North American subsidiary of CTR Co. Ltd, seeks a Data / Catalog Manager to oversee catalog data and digital assets, including flat images and 360-degree visuals.

You will work with product teams to map attributes and maintain accuracy for OEM-equivalent aftermarket parts. Responsibilities include updating product data, images, and delivery standards; addressing customer inquiries; and ensuring timely catalog updates for customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6 years catalog-related experience (mapping, distribution, research).
• Automotive aftermarket catalog experience (ACES and PIES) required.
• Experience cataloging makes, models, sub-models, drive types, engine sizes, and transmission types.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date catalog data including application data and mapping for products.
• Create and update catalog data for new products with product development input.
• Manage images and digital assets, ensuring correct formats and delivery guidelines.
• Monitor catalog performance and drive improvements for search accuracy.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries and coordinate with product management.
• Ensure on-time delivery of catalog updates in proper notation to customers.
