Lighthouse Technology Services, Inc is partnering with our client to fill the Catalog Management Specialist position in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential to convert and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tue-Thurs). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

No C2C. The role focuses on catalog data management, data integrity, and reporting; you will work with suppliers and internal teams to maintain item master data and improve

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Catalog Management Specialist position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential to convert and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tues-Thurs). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and maintain manufacturer catalogs and items in compliance with master data standards
• Link distributor data with manufacturer catalog information to maximize data association accuracy
• Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring data issues and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
• Maintain item category and subcategory structure to support accurate revenue tracking
• Identify and correct duplicate or inaccurate manufacturer catalog data to ensure data integrity
• Present findings and recommendations to management through formal and informal communication channels
• Generate and maintain reports to analyze workloads and track data quality metrics
• Resolve customer challenges, ad-hoc requests, and concerns in a timely manner
• Formulate new methodologies to drive operational efficiencies and increase item data capture rates
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure ethical and professional data management

What You'll Need to Have:

• Experience with data management and data entry
• MS Office proficiency - EXCEL specifically
• Willingness to do repetitive tasks
• Purchasing/procurement experience - Experience managing product master data, catalog data, and/or item master data in a business environment
• Good communication
• Food industry experience is a huge plus.

Pay Range: $20-$25/hr
