Lighthouse Technology Services, Inc is partnering with our client to fill the Catalog Management Specialist position in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential to convert and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tue-Thurs). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

No C2C. The role focuses on catalog data management, data integrity, and reporting; you will work with suppliers and internal teams to maintain item master data and improve

Qualifications

• Experience with data management and data entry.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
• Purchasing/procurement experience—managing product master data, catalog data, and/or item master data.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain manufacturer catalogs and items in compliance with master data standards.
• Link distributor data with manufacturer catalog information to maximize data accuracy.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring data issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain item category and subcategory structure to support revenue tracking.
• Identify and correct duplicate or inaccurate catalog data to ensure data integrity.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
