Job summary

Wes Hou is seeking a Catalog Coordinator to support the Catalog Manager in maintaining accurate product listings across the company’s inventory catalog. Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of catalog management or data-related support experience.
• Experience maintaining product costs, descriptions, and catalog attributes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product listings including descriptions, UPCs, and attributes.
• Update and verify vendor costs and other pricing data in the catalog.
• Assist Catalog Manager with reports, data cleanup, and special projects.
• Add new products and store-specific items to the catalog with required fields and codes.
• Review large data uploads for accuracy and completeness.
