Job summary

BuildOn Technologies is seeking a Content Administrator to manage and maintain product content in the Global Product Catalog and oversee product imagery for VEO Design Studio. The role supports catalog quality and brand accuracy, working with manufacturers and internal teams.

The position is full-time, in-office, with standard 40-hour work weeks. The candidate will handle content updates, photography assets, and documentation to ensure up-to-date product information across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in content administration, product data management, digital asset management or catalog management.
• Ability to learn and effectively use company software, platforms and processes.
• Experience editing large volumes of digital imagery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete product content within the Global Product Catalog.
• Research and collect product information, specifications and documentation from approved sources.
• Review catalog content for missing, outdated, or inconsistent information and update it.
• Maintain supporting documentation and records related to catalog content.
• Manage product imagery and installation/model home photography for use in the platform.
• Edit and enhance images to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with product manufacturers to obtain content and imagery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content questions and discrepancies.
