Job summary

BuildOn Technologies is seeking a Content Administrator to manage product content in the Global Product Catalog and to organize imagery for VEO Design Studio. You will ensure accuracy, completeness, and visibility of product data and photos across platforms.

In this in-office role, you will coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to source content, edit images with Photoshop, and maintain digital assets to support compelling customer offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and effectively use company software, platforms, and established processes.
• Previous experience in content administration, product data management, digital asset management, catalog management, or a related role.
• Experience working with product specifications, manufacturer information, or digital product catalogs.
• Experience managing and editing large volumes of digital imagery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete product content within the Global Product Catalog.
• Research and collect product information, specifications, documentation, and other required content from approved sources.
• Review existing catalog content and identify missing, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information.
• Update and organize product content according to established company standards and processes.
• Maintain supporting documentation and records related to catalog content and updates.
