• Experience as Veterinary CSR is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
• Team player in a busy veterinary front desk.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls quickly and professionally using a multi-line system.
• Warmly greet clients and manage appointment schedules.
• Maintain client records and financial information.
• Provide information on basic animal care and products.
• Assist with client invoices and payments.
• Handle messages via phone, fax, and email.
• Build rapport with clients in person and on the phone.
• Ensure accurate medical records entries.
