Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• DOT Health Card and MSHA license are required or preferred.
• CAT equipment knowledge and safety awareness are essential.
• Strong data entry, reading/writing, and math skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain truck and crane inspection logs daily.
• Complete CAT service reports with clear grammar and codes.
• Transmit photos, timecards, and reports by email.
• Maintain accurate customer job records and receipts.
• Coordinate with Service/Support to meet customer needs.
• Explain diagnosis and repair status to customers.
