You will maintain service records, coordinate with service and sales teams, and travel 75–100% to customer locations, reflecting Wagner’s One Professional Team values and customer‑centered service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years’ experience servicing heavy equipment.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Safety and product knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain truck and crane inspection logs daily.
• Complete CAT service reports with proper grammar and SIMS code.
• Transmit photos and timecards by email.
• Maintain customer records on jobs.
• Work with Service, Product Support and Sales to meet customer needs.
• Communicate diagnosis and status of repairs with customers.
• Teach and coach other technicians in the field.
• Promote Wagner Equipment Co. to customers.
• Read and apply electrical/hydraulic schematics to repair work.
• Safely rig or hook components for lifting.
