Boise Cat Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the friendly first contact for clients. The CSR greets clients, schedules appointments, processes payments, and maintains accurate records with compassion and professionalism.

The role supports clinic operations and patient care in a fast-paced, cat-focused environment. The ideal candidate has veterinary exposure, strong English communication, and a client-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in the veterinary field preferred.
• Previous cashier/front-office experience preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient in data entry and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, positive experience.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with clarity; explain services and pricing.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments to optimize flow.
• Educate clients on clinic policies, including financial policies and wellness plans.
• Process payments and assist with financing options when needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to streamline patient flow.
• Support in reception area upkeep and inventory as needed.
