Argo Group is seeking an Account Manager for its casualty line to support underwriting with customer service, processing of transactions, data research, and analysis. The role emphasizes collaboration with underwriters and brokers to deliver high-quality service.

This position requires working on-site five days a week at the Chicago office, with responsibilities including endorsements processing, rating setup, quotes, and broker coordination.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• General knowledge of commercial insurance is strongly preferred.
• Ability to function in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and process account inquiries, endorsements, and changes within service standards.
• Follow guidelines to ensure accurate processing while meeting standards.
• Conduct underwriting file analysis and identify forms/endorsements for policies.
• Assist underwriters to enhance division performance through systems and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with underwriters, customers, and partners.
