Job summary

Argo Group in Chicago is seeking an Account Manager for casualty to support underwriting through customer service, transaction processing, and data analysis. This on-site role requires coordinating with underwriters, brokers, and internal partners to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process account inquiries, endorsements, billing and changes within service standards.
• Set up rating, issue binders, and send quotes on behalf of underwriters.
• Interact with brokers to obtain underlying information and address inquiries.
• Review inspection reports and follow up with brokers on coverage implications.
• Support underwriting by performing data research and analysis as required.
• Attend broker visits and participate in special projects as assigned.
