Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is seeking a Casualty Claims Analyst IV for the Lexington and AIG Programs team. You will investigate, evaluate, and negotiate auto and general liability claims while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Auto and General Liability claim experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible office environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage, evaluate liability and damages, and establish accurate reserves.
• Maintain and manage a diary system to track cases and reserves.
• Communicate file updates and reserves to broker, insured, and underwriter; attend mediations as needed.
• Support litigation management to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
