Job summary

AIG is hiring a Casualty Claims Analyst IV for the Lexington and AIG Programs team. You will investigate, evaluate, and negotiate general and auto liability claims while maintaining strong customer service.

The role requires quick contact with insureds and timely reserves, with a focus on cost-effective outcomes. 2+ years of auto/general liability experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and licenses within 6 months are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Auto and General Liability claim experience.
• Garage experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate auto and general liability claims.
• Analyze coverage, liability and damages and establish reserves.
• Communicate file updates and reserves to broker, insured, and underwriter.
• Attend mediations and participate in rounds to discuss reserves and strategy.
• Licenses in property and casualty required and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
