Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in Barberton’s casting plant and support the Operations Manager.
• Provide administrative support to the department and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; plan and appraise job results; coordinate systems and procedures.
• Manage training, performance appraisals, and corrective actions as appropriate.
• Oversee scheduling of outages and ensure timely payroll submissions.
