Job summary

Kinepolis is seeking Cast Members to enhance the guest experience across cinema operations. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, explain promotions, and help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.

You will handle box office duties, concessions, and usher responsibilities, including seating, monitoring sound and picture quality, and delivering orders while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic mental algebra is required.
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehaviour is required.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, approachable demeanor; respond to inquiries and educate about movies, promotions, and rewards programs; enforce theater policies.
• Box Office: Sell tickets, gift cards, and other promotions; process cash and credit card transactions; monitor showtime attendance and assist with guest movie selection.
• Concessions: Prepare and serve food and beverages; operate concession equipment; maintain cleanliness and stock; follow safety and health guidelines.
• Usher: Greet guests entering/exiting, assist with seating, monitor auditorium quality, address disruptions, and maintain cleanliness across common areas.
