Job summary

Kinepolis is seeking a Cast Member to enhance the guest experience across cinema operations. You will provide friendly service in areas such as guest relations, box office, concessions, and usher duties, ensuring safety and a positive, engaging atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, serving concessions, and addressing any disruptions to maintain a high-quality movie-going experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Basic mental algebra is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehaviour is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor across all theater areas.
• Sell tickets, gift cards and promos at the box office; handle cash and card transactions.
• Prepare, serve and restock concessions; maintain safety and cleanliness of concession areas.
• Greet guests entering/exiting; assist with seating and monitor auditorium quality for disruptions.

InformationThe Cast Member position enhances the guest experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable service across all areas of cinema operations.
