Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking Cast Members to enhance the cinema guest experience through friendly, knowledgeable service across all operations. Cast Members engage in guest service, box office, and concessions, acting as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a safe, enjoyable visit.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, selling tickets and concessions, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and auditoriums.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.

InformationThe Cast Member position enhances the guest experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable service across all areas of cinema operations.
