Job summary

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, document work, and perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime. Prior experience with Windows-based systems and the ability to obtain gaming licenses in various states are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with Windows-based machines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within territory and to other states as needed.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in various States/Casinos.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on Eclipse Gaming Systems' slot machines in the assigned territory.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and perform repairs as appropriate.
• Respond to incident tickets and work orders with a 'fix first time' approach, in person or by phone.
• Document all work details accurately and promptly.
• Read, understand and implement job specifications on time and within budget.
• Proactively perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime of units.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by team management.
