Job summary

Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) seeks a Surveillance Lead Officer to supervise staff, monitor cameras across tables and slots, and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations. You will prepare incident reports, train new officers, and support investigations while maintaining a secure casino environment.

This role demands strong observational skills, knowledge of cheat detection, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year casino surveillance experience.
• 18 years of age or older with ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise surveillance staff on assigned shifts.
• Assist in hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions.
• Plan work schedules and assignments for direct reports.
• Assist with department planning and budget preparation.
• Monitor performance for compliance with TOGE policies.
• Function as a Surveillance Officer in Lead role.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Maintain functioning surveillance equipment during shifts.
• Complete and file video logs and reports.
• Prepare incident, productivity, observations, and investigation reports.
• Assist in internal or external investigations by TOGE or law enforcement.
• Report gaming irregularities to TOGE.
• Train new Surveillance Officers.
• Monitor guest activity via cameras at tables and slots.
• Monitor other areas via video cameras.
• Oversee DVR system duties.
• Complete performance evaluations.
