Job summary

Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise is seeking a Surveillance professional to monitor casino areas and ensure game integrity and guest safety. You will use surveillance systems to detect irregularities, document events, and assist with investigations.

The role requires knowledge of internal controls, Title 31, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. A background in security or law enforcement and casino experience are preferred; evenings and shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED, plus one year of recent casino experience or two years of law enforcement/security experience.
Pass a basic Math and Situational Questionnaire assessment.
Must be 18 years of age or older. No felonies or theft convictions.
Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

Monitor all areas with surveillance to ensure guest and team member safety and game integrity.
Adhere to Internal Controls and Title 31 requirements.
Document daily events in database using Daily Logs.
Generate Incident reports for significant events.
Conduct checks of surveillance equipment for proper function.
Investigate and summarize findings, and provide results to Human Resources as requested.
Monitor cash handling and gaming-related processes; audit transactions.
