Qualifications

• Associates Degree plus four years of casino surveillance experience; two years in a supervisory role or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures including Internal Controls.
• Maintain surveillance equipment and ensure proper function during shift.
• Complete video logs and officer reports.
• Report gaming irregularities to TOGE Gaming Office.
• Train and mentor Surveillance Officers; plan and assign work schedules.
• Assist in investigations and budget planning for the department.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce policies; prepare reports.
