Job summary

Landry's in Atlantic City is seeking a Surveillance Officer to monitor casino floor activity, operate CCTV systems, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will ensure compliance with NJ gaming regulations, report suspicious activity, and support the Surveillance team in protecting assets.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of gaming rules, and prior surveillance or gaming experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement rules and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of casino games and regulations.
• Previous gaming or surveillance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and company policies.
• Deliver courteous, professional guest service in all interactions.
• Demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Operate surveillance equipment and computers.
• Monitor casino floor activities via CCTV systems.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policy.
• Report violations to Surveillance Shift Manager for investigation.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends when necessary.
• Display professional conduct and integrity.
• Identify, record, document and report illegal or suspicious activities.
• Sign regulatory requirements acknowledgment prior to employment in Surveillance.
• Transfer restrictions between departments as per NJ regulations.
