Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to protect assets and oversee a shift using CCTV. You will train, supervise and lead team members while ensuring compliance with laws and internal controls.

You will operate monitors and cameras, coordinate with department managers and state regulators, and schedule staff. Flexible weekends/evenings and overtime are required. Minimum two years casino surveillance experience and NJ Key License are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of casino surveillance experience.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication, plus leadership skills.
• Ability to detect cheating.
• Willing to work any day/shift, including unscheduled shifts.
• Basic computer skills.
• NJ Key License issued by the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Creates the work schedule for assigned shift.
• Operates surveillance equipment (monitors, switches, computers, controllers, cameras).
• Provides CCTV observations to assure compliance with laws and internal controls.
• Works with department managers and regulators on confidential matters.
• Adheres to attendance and company policies.
• Leads, trains and assesses team members.
• Ensures safety and security of the casino and property.
• Monitors and assesses disciplinary matters.
• Plans, supervises and monitors work.
• Ensures compliance with gaming laws.
• Works a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Overtime as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
