Resorts World New York is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor casino floor activity and protect property assets. You will document events via CCTV and personal observation, prepare daily logs, and report findings to appropriate personnel. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and supporting gaming asset audits.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in surveillance, be 18+, and able to obtain the necessary license. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the appropriate license as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of surveillance or casino experience.
• Casino surveillance experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor guests and employees on the casino floor via CCTV and observation.
• Observe, document, and report activities to protect assets and guests.
• Record and write clear incident reports and logs daily.
• Operate surveillance equipment and related computer systems.
• Assist in audits and reviews of gaming assets and data.
• Maintain confidentiality of property-related information.
