Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a vigilant Surveillance Specialist to monitor casino operations in real time and investigate suspicious activity. You will document incidents, review footage, and coordinate with Security, Table Games, and Compliance to uphold gaming integrity.

You will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in surveillance, security, or law enforcement preferred.
• Knowledge of casino operations, gaming procedures, and internal controls is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass Quarterly Testing on Table Games and Internal Controls.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all areas of the casino and property in real-time using a surveillance system.
• Detect and investigate irregular or suspicious activities, including potential cheating and theft.
• Document and report incidents or violations of controls and regulations.
• Review investigations using surveillance footage, player tracking, and facial recognition.
• Prepare clear reports that could be used as evidence in legal matters.
• Collaborate with Security, Table Games, Slot Operations, Compliance, and Cage.
• Operate surveillance systems and related software including facial recognition and tracking.
• Remain knowledgeable of table games, slots, cash handling, Title 31/AML compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Assist training and mentoring of new Surveillance team members.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
