Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Security or gaming related position.
• Must maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and flexible shifts.
• 20/20 corrected vision is required.

Responsibilities

• Surveil casino floor, parking lot, back-of-house areas, outbuildings and shops using complex electronic/video equipment.
• Observe, monitor, and record all activity and document observations.
• Record events in table games, slots, cage, hard count, and soft count.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.
• Coordinate and resolve emergencies as they arise.
• Disclose irregularities to management promptly.
• Promote responsible gaming and alcohol service by notifying managers when concerns arise.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and public spaces.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work in adherence to Indiana Gaming Regulations.
