Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Casino Surveillance experience.
• Must be able to maintain or obtain gaming license.
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize equipment to identify and report illegal and unusual activities in all outside areas and property.
• Report all illegal activities to authorities and management.
• Ensure continuous monitoring to identify theft or safety risks.
• Research incidents and review video evidence for investigations.
• Prepare incident and observation reports and investigation summaries.
• Assist in investigations with law enforcement as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by team members and guests.
• Maintain functioning surveillance equipment across the shift.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain professional environment.
• Operate surveillance devices, input data, and capture photographs as required.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in surveillance duties.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the position.
