Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of Nevada Gaming Regulations and licensing requirements.
• Understanding of advantage play systems and cheating methods.
• Proficient in basic math without a calculator.
• Ability to distinguish colors and maintain professional appearance.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV to monitor casino activities and review footage.
• Document incidents and report to Shift Manager or Director of Surveillance.
• Identify suspicious activity and deter fraud or theft.
• Coordinate with Gaming Authority and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance operations.
