The role requires at least two years in casino surveillance with supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the Indiana Gaming Commission Level 2 license.

Qualifications

• Two years of surveillance experience with gaming activities and prior supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and observe multiple monitors for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; adaptable under stress.

Responsibilities

• Operate and understand the CCTV video control system inside the casino.
• Coordinate with security, management, Indiana Gaming Agents, legal, and HR.
• Document observations, events, and incidents; review shift reports for accuracy.
• Ensure gaming integrity and protection of company assets; report irregularities.
